For Minya and Assuit..

For any other governorate in Egypt..

Return shipments:

We offer a 7-day return possibility but it is only valid for unopened packages of lenses and only available after prior agreement from our side.

Once the seal has been broken, we cannot return the lenses anymore due to hygiene reasons.

The return shipping costs have to be covered by the customer as they vary from Governorate to Governorate.
